Village Hall Hire Application Form

Please complete and submit this form if you wish to hire the village hall. We will review your application and contact you as soon as possible. Please note that the booking is not accepted until we confirm to you directly.

Provisional bookings will be held for one month only. If a completed booking is not received by that time then the provisional booking will be canceled.

The booking must be submitted at least one month in advance of the proposed use of the hall and must be submitted by a person over the age of 21. Please note that the village hall is a none smoking venue.

If a licensed bar is required, the licensed bar section of the form should be completed. Please note that only alcohol purchased from the bar may be consumed on the premises.
